Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, checks, money orders and cash. Credit card payments are typically processed within 24 hours of orders being placed. For check payments, we place a 5-day hold. Products cannot be held without payment, and prices and availability are subject to change, without notice, until an order is confirmed.

110% Price Guarantee
OLighting will refund 110% of the difference between OLighting's price and the total confirmed price of any manufacturer-authorized internet retailer. The total confirmed price includes shipping, handling and tax as listed on the other retailer's uniquely identifiable invoice or advertisement, faxed or emailed to OLighting, dated within 7 days of the OLighting purchase, for the identical goods shipped to the same address. Invoice must include shipping costs that will be charged (shipping estimates are not acceptable). OLighting must be able to directly verify with the retailer the total confirmed price listed on the invoice in order to issue the refund.
General Return Policy
Our
Return Policy is simple. Within 21 days of the receipt of your order, you may return for a 100% refund on any lighting fixture or related product that has not been used or installed, is sealed in its original box, and is in resalable condition. Follow our easy Return Instructions and we will even cover your standard shipping charges.
The following types of items and orders do not qualify for returns or refund:
• Products Labeled “Specialty Item” or “Made to Order”.
• Special purchases, such as: Inventory Sale Items, Custom Quotes.
Refunds
The customer will be refunded once we have received the returned item and inspected the item for damage.
Order Cancellations
Unshipped and unprocessed items can be cancelled as long as the item was not a Specialty Item or Made to Order.

Shipping & Processing Policy
With our clients' satisfaction being our #1 priority, and we take pride in offering the safest, most dependable, and fastest delivery service possible. Each order is shipped using the most suitable of the 3 primary shipping methods, depending on size and weight, destination, and delivery time required.
- For small-to-medium sized parcels being shipped domestically, we typically ship with UPS, Fed Ex, or UPS. Ground shipping is free to the contiguous 48 states. Typical ground delivery times are 1-5 business days. Expedited delivery options are available at an additional charge to the customer. Such additional shipping charges are computed at the time of checkout. Upcharges for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and Puerto Rico may apply and are determined by Olighting, and must be accepted and paid by the customer prior to orders being shipped.
Note: While Olighting does not normally require signature at the time of delivery, it is ultimately up to the driver's discretion. As such, if you require that a signature be required or not be required at the time of delivery, please note these special instructions at the time of the order.
- Truck/Private Freight delivery services are typically used for Larger Items. In such cases, we offer a curbside delivery, which in some instances may incur a $75.00 oversize-surcharge. These deliveries require that someone is available to accept the delivery and are typically scheduled between the driver and the receiver. In the event that the driver is unable to contact the customer or if the customer misses the appointment to receive the delivery, storage and additional freight charges may apply in addition to the original shipping expense.
- International Shipments typically ship via DHL and are subject to additional shipping fees that are determined by Olighting, and must be accepted and paid by the customer prior to orders being shipped.
Estimated Shipping Times
Orders typically take 1-3 days to process before they ship, but these are only estimates and can sometimes take longer. This processing time is in addition to the time in transit. For expedited processing, please call 888-544-4898 to speak to a Live Representative Refunds
