Our Return Policy is simple. Within 30 days of the receipt of your order, you may return for a 100% refund on any lighting fixture or related product that has not been used or installed, is sealed in its original box, and is in resalable condition. Follow our easy Return Instructions and we will even cover your standard shipping charges.
The following types of items and orders do not qualify for cancellation, return or refund:
•Products and Invoices Labeled 'Specialty Item', 'Made to Order', 'Freight Order', or 'Final Sale'
•Special purchases, such as: Inventory Sale Items, Discontinued Items, and Custom Quotes.
•Gift Card Orders
Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to be finalized. For returned items the refund will be processed once we have received the returned item and inspected the item for damage.
Unshipped and unprocessed items can be canceled as long as the item was not a 'Specialty Item', 'Made to Order', 'Freight Order', or 'Final Sale'
In the event that an item(s) is being exchanged for any reason, as a convenience to the customer, we sometimes ship out the new/replacement items before we receive the returned-merchandise. In such cases, we allow 5 days for the merchandise to be returned. Any merchandise not returned within the 5 Days - using the OLighting-provided RMA#, in its original packaging and in resalable condition - will be charged to the customer at its regular price using the original form of payment.

We try to make it as easy as possible for you. Follow these 3 easy steps to return any portion of your order in accordance with our Return Policy.
1. Process Your Return
- Print the return label that you received via e-mail at the time of your order.
- E-Mail email@example.com with your order # and the specific items you will be returning. Include reason for the return and indicate whether you prefer a refund, a credit, or a replacement item.
- A Customer Experience Specialist will process your request and provide an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) for you to include on the return label.
- Ensure that all components of all items being returned are thoroughly sealed in their original packaging, including all original packaging material.
- UPS Labels: If you received a UPS return label, tape your UPS return label to your box, then drop it off at any authorized UPS Shipping Center. PLEASE DO NOT USE A UPS DROP BOX - you must drop off your return at a UPS Service Center - thank you! Find the UPS Service Center Nearest to You.
- US (Postal Service) Labels: If you received a US (Postal Service) return label, you can either drop it off at your nearest post office or hand it to your USPS mail carrier.
Leave the Rest to Us! Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue the refund, credit or replacement, and send you an e?ail confirmation once he return is completed.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping is FREE on all orders shipping to the contiguous 48 states. No additional shipping costs are charged. However, expedited shipping service is available for an additional charge. Most fixtures ship UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Items shipped freight are delivered to curbside or driveway only; for any additional delivery needs, please contact our Customer Experience Representative at 888-544-4898.
International Shipping Policy
If the order is being shipped to a location outside of the continental United States, the shipping costs are not included in the price of the product. After such an order has been placed, a customer support representative will e-mail the customer a shipping quote for their approval, at which point the charges can be authorized or the order may be cancelled.
The up-charge for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Puerto Rico will appear in the additional shipping field on the checkout page. If the shipment is going to another country, you will need to call for a quote. Please note that OLighting.com is not responsible for any taxes, duties or fees including brokerage fees and customs that are associated with any purchase. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Expedited shipping methods (next day, 2-day, 3-day services): OLighting.com will not be liable for expedited shipping charges due to delay in the lead time of an order. Expedited shipping services are offered only to speed up the transit time. We have no control over the in-house time of an order (time prior to shipment) and do not guarantee or promise delivery dates. Therefore, we request that our customers plan ahead and place timely orders that allow for both in-house and the transit time. Lead times that are stated on the product pages represent the average time frame a manufacturer is shipping their product and are not to be taken as a guarantee. Instead, they should be used as a rough guideline for estimating the lead times.

110% PRICE MATCH
OLighting will refund 110% of the difference between OLighting’s price and the total confirmed price of any manufacturer-authorized internet retailer. The total confirmed price includes shipping, handling and tax as listed on the other retailer’s uniquely identifiable invoice or advertisement, faxed or emailed to OLighting, dated within 7 days of the Olighting purchase, for the identical goods shipped to the same address. Invoice must include shipping costs that will be charged (shipping estimates are not acceptable). OLighting must be able to directly verify with the retailer the total confirmed price listed on the invoice in order to issue the refund.
