6 Core Values

As we, and more importantly, in order to, develop and progress as an organization, it is absolutely vital that all team members fully understand each of our 6 Core Values, and commit to living them, on the deepest level. Living by these values, at ALL times, is the most basic expectation from each O.pad team member, and is essential in the building of our brand and the formation of an amazing company culture.

The 6 Core Values that Guide O.pad are:

3.    Hard Work & Continuous Self Improvement. - Our only competitor in anything that we do is ‘possibility’! To win (or tie), we need to be the best we can be as individuals.

4.    Maintain a Fun and Positive Atmosphere, and Team & Family Spirit. - What good would it be if we weren’t enjoying the process?!
